CAN I ORDER A CUSTOM CLOTHING ITEM?
Yes! After you've completed 90 days of employment, please visit www.Sanmar.com to see clothing options. Once you've selected your item, go to the bottom of the shop tab and complete the Custom Clothing Item Form.
HOW WILL I BE CHARGED?
Your order amount will be deducted from your next paycheck following the fulfillment of your order.
HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED?
For custom clothing items selected from www.Sanmar.com, a 50% discount will be applied to their current price. Custom clothing orders are placed with our supplier once a month. Timing of orders are dependent on supplier demands. You will receive a confirmation email with estimated cost once we receive it from our supplier.
WHAT LOGO WILL BE USED & WHERE WILL IT BE LOCATED?
Our corporate logo will be the only logo used on all clothing items.
For in-stock items, please refer to the item description for logo placement details. For custom clothing items, the location of the logo(s) varies depending on the item. Please contact Marla in the office for further clarification.
WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED MY ORDER?
Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive in-stock items and up to 8 weeks to receive custom clothing items. If you have not received your items after these time frames, please contact Marla in the office for an update.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Unused in-stock logo wear can be exchanged for a different size. We are unable to exchange, return, or refund custom logo wear orders.
