ELIGIBILITY
All employees are eligible to order in-stock logo wear after their hire date. Custom clothing items are available after 90 days of employment.
LIMITATIONS
All employees are welcome to order up to $500 worth of logo wear (equal to $250 employee cost) per calendar year.
Salaried employees, please contact the office for more details.
CUSTOM ITEM RESTRICTIONS
After completing 90 days of employment, visit www.Sanmar.com to see custom clothing item options. Qualifying custom purchases include shirts, sweatshirts, and jackets that comply with the company uniform policy. All pants, bags, backpacks, and custom hats are considered non-qualified items and cannot be ordered through CDA. All custom logo orders are subject to approval. Please note: all prices on www.Sanmar.com are estimates.
PRICING & PAYMENT
CDA proudly offers a 50% discount on all logo wear. The employee is responsible for paying the remaining balance of all items on the paycheck following the fulfillment of their order. You will receive a confirmation email with your order and the final price to be deducted from your paycheck once your order has been processed. Custom clothing orders are placed with our supplier once a month. Timing of orders are dependent on supplier demands. You will receive a confirmation email with estimated cost once we receive it from our supplier.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
CDA is unable to offer exchanges, returns, or refunds for custom logo wear purchases. For in-stock items, CDA will exchange unworn items for a different size if needed.
PERMISSABLE USE
All logo wear items are for current employee personal and family use only. No resale.
